Workspaces and team
Workspaces, roles and invitations.
A workspace holds your projects and your team. Most agencies need one. You can belong to several (for example, if you freelance for two agencies) and switch between them from the top bar.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and changing roles. A workspace always has at least one owner. |
| Admin | Create projects, change project settings and addresses, invite and remove people, approve clients, delete feedback, close feedback without client approval. |
| Member | Work on feedback: reply, assign, change status and priority. |
Inviting people
On Team, create a team invite link and share it: people sign in with Google or email and ask to join, and an owner or admin approves each one (the sidebar shows a number while someone waits). Or enter an email and role to let someone in straight away; they get an email with a link that works for 7 days. If email isn't set up on your server, copy the link shown after inviting and send it yourself. Clients are invited per project, not here.
Removing someone signs them out of every site they had open with EkhaneMark.
Clients
Clients don't join the workspace. In the project's Settings → Invite clients, send them the invite link and approve them when they ask, or enter their email under Approved clients to let them in straight away. They see that project only (their feedback, your replies and status, never internal notes), and they don't take a team seat on any plan.
Clients in the sidebar lists everyone across your projects: who is waiting to be let in, who is in and whether they sign in with Google or email, and who was declined or removed. Remove signs them out of that site at once and stops the invite link from letting them back; Let back in undoes it. There is nothing to remove in Google Cloud Console: Google only confirms who someone is.
