Billing questions
- How do I pay?
- Pick a plan on the Billing page in your dashboard. Today we take bKash and bank transfer: send the payment with your workspace address as the reference, and the plan is turned on once it's confirmed. Card payment isn't available yet.
- What happens when a paid period ends?
- You get a few days of grace. After that the workspace goes back to Free limits. Nothing is deleted, but you can't add projects or people beyond the Free limits until you renew.
- Do clients count as team members?
- No. Clients sign in with a free account and you approve them per website. They're unlimited on every plan.
- Can I run EkhaneMark on my own server?
