Create Jira issues from feedback, with the screenshot attached.

Available on Pro and Agency. Each project connects to one Jira project.

Connect

  1. In Jira Cloud, create an API token at id.atlassian.com.
  2. In EkhaneMark, open the project's Settings → Jira and enter your Jira URL (https://your-team.atlassian.net), the account email, the token, the Jira project key (e.g. WEB) and the issue type (e.g. Task).
  3. Optionally switch on automatic issue creation for every new feedback.

The token is stored encrypted. Each issue gets the comment, the page link, the site, the element, browser and screen size, the reporter, a link back to EkhaneMark, and the screenshot as an attachment.

The connection is one-way today: issues are created from EkhaneMark, and status changes in Jira don't come back. Update the status in EkhaneMark, where the client approves the fix.
