Plans and billing

Plans are per workspace. See Pricing for the full comparison. Clients giving feedback are never counted.

Limits

• Websites and team members: you can't add more beyond the plan; existing ones keep working.
• Feedback per month (Free): after 50 in a calendar month, new feedback is refused until the next month and the client sees a message asking the team to upgrade.
• History (Free): feedback older than 30 days is removed, with its screenshots and files.

Paying

1. Open Billing in the dashboard (owners only) and choose a plan.
2. Pay by bKash or bank transfer using the details shown, with your workspace address as the reference.
3. Email the transaction ID. The plan is turned on once the payment is confirmed; Billing then shows the paid-until date.

When a paid period ends there are a few days of grace, then the workspace uses Free limits until it's renewed. Nothing is deleted when a paid plan lapses.
