What EkhaneMark is
Website feedback pinned to the exact element, from the client's click to their approval.
Quickstart
From sign-up to your first pinned feedback in about five minutes.
Install
The one line for HTML, Next.js, React, WordPress and Shopify.
For clients
What your client sees. You can send them this page.
EkhaneMark puts a small feedback tool on your website. Your client signs in on the site, clicks the thing that's wrong (or drags a box over an empty area), and says what should change, in writing, by voice, or with a picture. You see that feedback as a pin on the same element, whether you open the site on localhost, staging or live.
The name: ekhane (এখানে) is Bangla for “here”. It's what clients say when they point at the screen. EkhaneMark is where they mark it.
How it works
- Install one line on the site. Visitors without a link download about 0.5 KB and nothing else happens.
- Invite your client with a link. They sign in with Google or email and you approve them once.
- The client points. EkhaneMark takes a screenshot (with passwords and card numbers blacked out) and records their browser and screen size.
- You fix it with the pin in front of you, then mark it done.
- The client approves. They get an email, check the page, and click Looks good or Still broken.
